Feng Shui "wind and water" is a reminder that everything is connected and constantly moving. Feng Shui originated in China thousands of years ago and is a unique way of thinking about how our surroundings affect us.
Practicing Feng Shui is an empowering tool once you learn the principles to support your inner well-being by working with your outer environment.
Each day we are affected by everything around us from energetic point of view; architecture, landscape, colours, shapes, materials, and item placements, sound and light- all of them!
Feng Shui is the ancient art of balancing and harmonizing the energy (Qi) in the places where we live and work. It is acknowledging the physical things but also the invisible parts like the direction we face, time of day, and the ever changing- energies (flying stars).
It is finding the harmony between the elements, such as Earth, Fire, Wood, Water and Metal in each space to ensure there is balance of calm and robust energy. We can achieve this by using symbols, colours, or objects representing these elements to make our space beautiful and peaceful while promoting good luck, health, relationships and success, while diminishing the negative energies.
