Cloverhill Crescent

Main Floor + Primary Suite Renovation

This project was a full-scale renovation of the main floor, including the Entry, Kitchen, and Living Room, as well as a refresh of the Main Bathroom, Primary Bedroom, and Ensuite. Our goal was to create cohesive, modern spaces tailored to both everyday living and entertaining, all while honouring the clients’ existing pieces and personal style.

Kitchen Transformation
The most dramatic transformation took place in the Kitchen. By removing the wall that once separated the kitchen from the formal dining room, we opened up the space to create a bright, functional layout perfect for cooking and hosting. Guided Interiors collaborated with the clients from start to finish—selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and finishes. Statement pendants with marble accents and touches of black add a sophisticated edge, while pops of yellow bring warmth and charm to the design.

Living Room Integration
We thoughtfully incorporated the clients' existing blue sectional and chrome coffee table, blending old with new to create a refreshed, inviting family room. By closing off a walkway from the former dining area, we also gained valuable wall space, optimizing the layout and enhancing flow.

Main Bathroom
This space received a delightful refresh with playful green-and-white patterned tile that adds character without overwhelming. A timeless white oak vanity anchors the room, offering durability and elegance that will endure for years to come.

Primary Bedroom
The bedroom was reimagined to enhance both function and relaxation. We reoriented the bed placement, removed the outdated mirrored sliding doors, and replaced them with custom closed-door cabinetry. Working with the clients' existing drapery, we developed a soft, serene color palette to create a restful retreat.

Ensuite
A true showstopper, the ensuite features bold materials with a striking palette of gold and black. We maximized the underutilized layout by introducing a chic makeup vanity and layered in elements of drama and refinement, all while maintaining a timeless sensibility.

Entryway
First impressions matter, and this entry now sets the tone for the entire home. We refreshed the original wood stairs with a rich new stain, added black iron spindles and a newel post for contrast and elegance, and finished with a soft-patterned runner that adds texture and warmth.

Working on this renovation was an absolute joy. Watching all the elements come together—from vision to execution—is where the magic truly happens.
